La Policía Nacional detiene en Tenerife a 29 ciudadanos británicos por estafa y asociación ilícita....
Las empresas que gestionaban tenían de ingreso medio mensual por las operaciones fraudulentas un total de 300.000 euros.
Agentes de la Policía Nacional han detenido en Tenerife a 29 ciudadanos de nacionalidad británica como presuntos autores de los delitos de asociación ilícita y estafa. Utilizaban varias empresas para estafar de nuevo a las víctimas de anteriores timos por invertir en multipropiedades, negocios a través de los que facturaban de media mensual 300.000 euros.
La Brigada de Policía Judicial de la Comisaría Sur de Tenerife ha sido la encargada de llevar a cabo esta investigación. Las gestiones comenzaron a requerimiento de la Autoridad Judicial, ya que se detectó una nueva presunta estafa en el sector de la multipropiedad a gran escala, que se estaba llevando a cabo en esta zona de la isla por parte de diferentes empresas.
Modus Operandi
El método empleado para cometer dicha estafa en el sector de la multipropiedad consistía en volver a estafar a víctimas ya timadas con anterioridad, por ciertas empresas que se hacían pasar por un gabinete jurídico de gran prestigio, captándolas mediante vía telefónica o en vía pública. Los detenidos obtenían los datos de los clientes gracias a las listas que poseían, ya que habían formado parte de otras empresas que se dedicaban a la misma actividad ilícita.
Los arrestados aprovechaban la situación de desconocimiento y perjuicio en la que se encontraban las víctimas en relación a su estafa anterior, y se ponían en contacto con ellos. Les ofrecían realizar acciones legales y jurídicas contra las sociedades que les estafaron previamente, con el fin de recuperar el dinero que perdieron mediante engaño. Pero a cambio les cobraban cantidades de dinero que oscilaban entre los 5.000 y los 8.000 euros, en concepto de tasas de gestión, derechos registrales, etc.
Empleaban para llevar a cabo estas acciones el nombre de un abogado que trabajaba para dicha empresa. De este modo, daban apariencia de seriedad y legalidad, pero estas gestiones resultaban después inexistentes, ya que la empresas autoras de los delitos anteriores ya habían desaparecido.
Estas nuevas sociedades tenían de ingreso medio mensual por las referidas operaciones fraudulentas un total de 300.000 mil euros.
Tras realizar las gestiones pertinentes, los agentes lograron localizar las mencionadas empresas, donde se procedió a la identificación y detención de los individuos presentes en las mismas.
