Como representante de la Asociación de Consumidores Afectados Mundo Mágico (ACAMA), de ambito nacional, decido dirigirme a todas aquellas personas que les pueda interesar como afectados por la empresa en cuestión, para comunicarles que desde hace dos meses aproximadamente un grupo de afectados nos reunimos constituyendo esta asociación, con la intención de acometer acciones legales contra los responsables e intentar recuperar el dinero que nos ha sido estafado. A día de hoy tenemos conocimiento de que el número total de afectados puede estar en torno a 4000 personas, y la intención es que estas personas tengan información de todo aquello que les pueda interesar; para ello deben acudir al Abogado que nos representa: FRANCISCO DAMIÁN VAZQUEZ JIMENEZ, C/ Sancha de Lara, nº 7, 1º-B (29015), Málaga, Tfno: 952215859 (...)
Decir que yo solo soy un afectado mas, que mi intención es solucionar mi problema, y por supuesto tome la resolución de representar a todos aquellos que se unan a la Asociación, con el propósito de hacer un grupo lo mas numeroso posible, para asi crear toda la presión social que seamos capaces como única solución ante unos hechos como los que nos ocupan, a los que de forma individual es imposible ponerles solución.
Las perspectivas son buenas, sobre todo de cara a paralizar las cuotas que cada uno abonamos a la entidad bancaria de turno para la devolución del préstamo, en mi caso concreto, tras notificar por escrito a BBVA mis intenciones, desde el pasado mes de Julio deje de abonar las cuotas del préstamo.
La pretensión de esta carta, es dar a conocer mi identidad y la existencia de la Asociación, con el fin de que aquellas personas que por desconocimiento o por indecisión, aún no han tomado una postura concreta, se animen y se unan a nosotros; el primer paso ya esta dado y las primeras denuncias han sido presentadas ante la Autoridad Judicial.
