Gracias a reacionamos a tiempo y a la ayuda que nos facilito consumo, hemos podido cancelar nuestro contrato y que nos devolvieran la letra de cambio. Nos insistian llamando cada media hora a nuestro telefono fijo y a los moviles. Nos presentamos alli, nos direjon que era una reunión de hora y media, que se combirtio en 5, nos acosaron de tal manera que nos hicieron firmar el contrato y una letra de cambio, por valor de dos millones y medio. Llamamos al dia siguiente para anularla y me dijeron que el departamento juridico nos pasaría la letra de todos modos. Les dije que no pagaríamos, por algo que no queria y me dijeron que no podian ayudarme, que no sabian a quien teniamos que reclamar y que la letra, insistian la pasaria a nuestro banco, si le dabamos al banco la orden de no pasarla, ellos se ocuparian de cobrarla de todos modos, hasta por via judicial. Si a vosotros os han estafado teneis 10 días, aunque ellos os diagan que no, para reclamar la anulidad de vuestro contrato, por muchas amenazas que os hagan.TURIHOTELES ES UN TIMO, Y ADEMAS TE AMENAZAN, Y TE HACEN PAGAR, POR ALGO QUE NO DISFRUTAS COMO TE PROMETEN. por Anonimo el | | A mí me prometieron alquilar mi semana todos los años, para poder pagar la letra. La primera en la frente: dicen que " no les consta" que yo haya pedido alquilar la semana de 2005. No me han pagado el alquiler, y como cuando RCI me pidió "depositar" la semana para su intercambio yo respondí que no, que había pedido alquilarla, me he quedado sin semana y sin alquiler. Durante 2005 voy a pagar más de 2000 euros por nada, ya que ni puedo disfrutar mi semana ni voy a cobrar el alquiler. Me encuentro en una mala situación económica por culpa de esta situación. Lo que si puedo decir muy claro es que lo que ofrecen los comerciales en las sesiones de "brainwashing" no coincide con lo que se firma ni con las normas de intercambio de RCI. Por favor, si alguien sabe de alguna asociación de afectados por Turihoteles para exigir la anulación de la venta, contactad conmigo en rodericvm@hotmail.com. Gracias. |

por Anonimo el | Nos encontramos en una situacion delicada, dado que nos dijeron que la multipropiedad se podria vender en cualquier momento. Hemos hablado con ellos y nos han dicho que tenemos que esperar dos años, lo cual no entiendo.
Me gustaria que alguien me comentase algo al respecto.

ante todo remitiros a la pagina del ministerio de justicia www.mju.es/multipropiedad.htm
nuestros vendedores utilizan las mismas tecnicas q TURIHOTELES, sobre el arrendamiento del apartamento y despues "agua de borrajas"
tambien te dan una letrita para firmar, pero te llevan al notario para q firmes la compraventa al dia siguiente (eso se supone q no es problema siempre y cuando no transcurran los 10 dias para echarse atras en la compra), coincidiendo casi siempre en un puente. Vamos q es tan acelerado q cuando te das cuenta de q no te interesa ya han pasado los 10 dias.
Mientras tramitas el alquiler (a primeros de año...) te diran, q todavia es pronto para q envies la carta, despues q te la enviaran ellos, etc... q puedes alquilar tu apartamento con ellos y simultaneamente ponerlo a disposicion de RCI. (intentaran q transcurra el periodo máximo para q puedas anular la compra)
Cuando han transcurrido los 3 meses para poder cancelar el prestamo sin ningun tipo de recargo, te daras cuenta de q no podias arrendar el apartamento y simultaneamente disponer de tu semana en RCI.
Y despues la informacion final, q te quieres ir este año (primero q despositas tu fantastica semana en RCI) a cualquier complejo, pq has comprado tu semanita roja...., POS VA A SER Q NO, q no tienes el maximo acumulado antes q otros, para elegir complejo, en resumen q te quedas con las ganas de disfrutar de unas fantasticas vacaciones al lugar de tus sueños.
Bueno esto es mi cabreo de hoy, desde luego no tengo la mas minima intencion de q sigan campando a sus anchas "por este nuestro", aunque se las sepan todas para darle la vuelta a la ley, cuantos mas seamos mas fuerza podremos hacer, contar conmigo

(Información del Usuario | Enviar un Mensaje) | Acabamos de rescindir la letra de cambio, ya que nos hemos dado cuenta que es una verdadera ESTAFA!!!! No caigan mas en este error.
La unica forma de rescincir esto es romper lo antes posible la letra de cambio, antes de firmar ante notario y si os amenazan amenazad vosotro con que lo vais a contar a mas gente.
No caigais en la trampa que te preparan a conciencia.
Legalmente te pueden pedir lo que quieran con la letra de cambio, ROMPEDLA lo antes posible. |
