Como continuación a nuestra anterior noticia, confirmamos que finalmente acudio a declarar ante la Audiencia Nacional Dº Antonio Gonzalez del Moral, fundador y accionista de Mundo Magico....
en su declaración reconocio acuerdos con el BBVA para la concesión de los prestamos, que eran concedidos en un tiempo record de 24 horas,y por las que incluso Mundo Magico recibibia las correspondientes comisiones y por supuesto la trasnferencia total del prestamo desde las cuentas de los clientes.
Dicha declaración supone una prueba más de la evidente vinculación existente entre los contratos MAGIC TOUR, TERRA MITICA, ETC, y los prestamos del BBVA. Posteriormente empezaron a trabajar con el BSCH.
Una vez acaba la instrucción del procedimiento ACAMA solicitara la apertura juicio oral por un presunto DELITO DE ESTAFA y otros, contra los responsables, y las correspondientes penas de prisión, asi como se proceda a resarcir de los perjuicios causados a los consumidores representados en dicho procedimiento por la Asociación de Consumidores Mundo Magico (ACAMA).
