Algunos de los afectados por la empresa de multipropiedad Mundo Mágico, denunciada el año pasado por vender presuntamente de forma fraudulenta paquetes de vacaciones en hoteles y apartamentos de alto nivel, han comenzado a recibir demandas judiciales. Estos requerimientos han solicitado ya a «entre diez y doce» clientes el total del préstamo suscrito con las entidades bancarias, aunque no hayan disfrutado de sus alojamientos.
El abogado de la Asociación de Consumidores Afectados por Mundo Mágico, Damián Vázquez, desveló ayer que las demandas proceden de varios juzgados de España. «Se están contestando y nos estamos oponiendo», explicó. Este procedimiento «permite paralizar la ejecución» de la reclamación.
Con sede en Málaga, la agencia Mundo Mágico está acusada de estafas en varias provincias, entre ellas Vizcaya, tras ofrecer 3 semanas de vacaciones al año en distintos alojamientos a precios de entre 3.000 y 12.000 euros. Los clientes nunca las disfrutaron. El letrado destacó la colaboración policial en la investigación del fraude.

Lo pregunto pues si estoy interesada en adquirir una semana de vacaciones de tiempo compartido...eso significa que todo el sistema vacacional español es una estafa o solo fue MUNDO MAGICO???
