le comunico que he podido resolver el contrato que me unia a la
empresa AABT 2050, S.L. firmado en Murcia...
en el mes de noviembre de
2005. Aprovecho desde aqui para agradecerle de antemano la inestimable
ayuda que he tenido con Vds, sin la cual no se hubiera podido llegar a
feliz termino. Gracias a su escrito, que se interpuso contra la
mencionada empresa, se pusieron en contacto conmigo para poder
cancelar el contrato, ya que decian que como no habia respetado el
mismo, no les era rentable el tenerme como cliente. Ahora bien, eso es
lo unico que llevo clavado, como tuve que firmar la escritura ante
notario, me decian que como unica condicion para cancelar el contrato,
era que debia abonarle la cuantia de los gastos notariales, de lo
contrario seguirian con la denuncia por incumplimiento de contrato. Yo
me puse en contacto con ellos para decirle que estaba de acuerdo, no
sin antes recibir la letra original que habia firmado. Por supuesto
que aceptaron, ya que en mi caso, tuve suerte y pude cancelar el
prestamo que firme con el BSCH de Valladolid en Murcia a tiempo de que
no le pudieran hacer la transferencia, y es por ello que al no poder
hacer efectiva dicha cantidad de dinero y pesando sobre ellos la
denuncia interpuesta por mi y elaborada magnificamente por ACAMA, no
tuvieron mas remedio que cancelar el contrato que se firmo. En
resumen, reitero las gracias a ACAMA, por su labor tan explendida que
estan haciendo actualmente en contra de estas empresas estafadoras,
sin cuya ayuda no se hubiera podido resolver dicha situación. Un
saludo y animo a todos los afectados por esta empresa y tener
confianza en que tarde o temprano se resolvera positivamente.
