Los afectados por la estafa de la agencia de multipropiedad "Mundo Mágico" que se constituyeron en una asociación para defender sus derechos, Acama, (Asociación de Consumidores y Afectados Mundo Mágico) ha creado un sitio web www.afectadosmultipropiedad.com, con la intención de ....
que se convierta en un foro de consultas y asesoramiento en el tema de la multipropiedad.
En los 10 días que lleva abierta la web ha recibido más de 600 visitas de personas que se interesan por la legislación, por conocer sus derechos y por la vía legal que han de seguir en caso de presunta estafa.
En el terreno penal, el caso contra las agencias implicadas sigue su curso. Otras cien denuncias se van a presentar en un juzgado de Torremolinos. Las nuevas denuncias son también por presunta estafa y apropiación indebida de Mundo Mágico, unos delitos extensibles también a otras empresas. Entre las tres empresas puede haber unas 12 mil personas afectadas.
