Afectados por Mundo Mágico crean una web para resolver dudas sobre la multipropiedad
Hasta 12.000 personas podrían estar afectadas por presuntos fraudes relacionados con esta modalidad turística ...
La Asociación de Consumidores y Afectados Mundo Mágico (Acama) ha creado una página web ( www.afectadosmultipropiedad.com) que pretende convertirse en un foro de consultas y asesoramiento para todos aquellos que tengan dudas respecto a la modalidad turística conocida como tiempo compartido o multipropiedad.
Concretamente, desde esta web se intentarán resolver todas las dudas de los consumidores en este campo, sobre todo a raíz de las reclamaciones colectivas en casos como Mundo Mágico Tours, Promotur Consulting y Kumana Tours, explicó el abogado de la asociación, Francisco Damián Vázquez.
Acama se creó para defender los intereses de los perjudicados por esta empresa y otras similares dedicadas al aprovechamiento por turnos de bienes inmuebles, más conocido como multipropiedad o tiempo compartido.
Según cálculos de esta asociación, hasta 12.000 personas en toda España podrían estar afectadas por los presuntos fraudes realizados por estas tres empresas, que han dejado a sus clientes sin poder disfrutar de las vacaciones en complejos de apartamentos de multipropiedad que contrataron, y por los que han tenido que pagar hasta 12.000 euros, en algunos casos a través de préstamos vinculados a entidades bancarias.
Asimismo, en toda Europa existen unos 20.000 extranjeros afectados por fraudes cometidos en los aprovechamientos por turnos inmuebles y empresas de reventa, con una mayor incidencia en la Costa del Sol.
Acama también ha recibido reclamaciones contra otras empresas por problemas similares, como Comercialización de Aprovechamientos por Turnos S.L.-CAT, de Marbella (Málaga); Blue Millenium-La Dorada; Iberian Compañía Marketel S.L. (Barcelona); Totalmundi S.L. (Tarragona); Great Time S.L. (Tarragona); Costapartment Resorts S.L; Diamond VSI, en Fuengirola (Málaga), y Comercializadora El Portón, entre otras.
