Advertimos de las practicas de diversas empresas, que lo vienen realizando desde hace tiempo, consistente en recibir una llamada o carta en el domicilio, ofreciendote una muy buena oferta para vender su semana de aprovechamiento por turnos de bienes inmuebles (antes multipropiedad...). A modo de ejemplo citar la empresa TIME EUROPEAN CONSULTING (T.E.C.)...
con sede en Málaga, domicilio en C/ Huescar, 10 (Edificio Galaxia) y posteriormente Pasaje Linaje. Al menos desde el año 2000, se dedicaban a llamar a clientes con semanas de multipropiedad, por ejemplo semana en Sunset Beach de Benalmadena Costa (Málaga) vendida por Mundo Magico. Una vez te citan para la reunión te ofrecen buen precio por su semana, pero con una "condición", debian adquirir otras dos semanas, para asi tener tres que es lo que pedian los clientes compradores (paquetes de tres) con fines de residencia en el pais.
Dentro de la buena fe los afectados le compraban dos semanas más con un nuevo desembolso económico importante (mas de dos millones de pesetas) a FIRST CLUB GOLD (BENAL VACATION CLUB, S.L.), apareciendo como intermediaria Time European Consulting. No se trata ni de semanas de tiempo compartido, sino afiliaciones a los famosos "Clubs de vacaciones".
A su vez firmaban contrato con TRABOL PROPERTIES L.T.D., con sede en Gibraltar, la cual iba a vender el paquete de tres semanas por mas de 4.000.000.-Ptas en un plazo máximo de 8 meses. Incluso los afectados recibian pequeñas cantidades a cuenta para dar mas seriedad. Llegados los 8 meses no la venden, y se da nueva prorroga.
Despues se recibe carta de T.E.C. diciendo que la empresa de Gibraltar iba a desaparecer y que la reventa la asume MELGEST, empresa con sede en Melilla, sin que se haya solucionado nada.
Es una modalidad que entendemos fraudulenta, practicada por diversas empresas y que ahoga más al afectado, puesto que de tener una sola semana de la que desprenderse, al final paga más, se queda con una paquete de tres semanas (o afiliación a Club de vacaciones) y no se le soluciona nada. Tengan mucho cuidado.
