En septiembre de 1999, la pareja disfrutó de una semana de vacaciones previo pago de la reserva (210 euros), pero luego no pudieron hacer uso de los derechos que como socios le correspondía en el paquete, pese a los continuos intentos de contactar con la empresa del acusado.
