Empresa de aprovechamiento por turnos de bienes inmuebles turisticos, cuyas siglas son ATA, tienen su domicilio en C/ Jacinto Benavente, 5. 29600-MARBELLA (Málaga), y venden en mismo producto que CAT...
en el Complejo “Atlantic Club Reserva de Marbella” , con cantidades próximas a los 21.000 Euros, y tienen el mismo domicilio que CAT. Sus contratos son identicos y mantienen la misma operativa. Afectados se han dirigido a ACAMA para solicitar la resolución y desistimiento de sus contratos, con una gran preocupación por la situación en la que se han metido, buscando una salida a su problema.
Se estan constituyendo grupos de afectados contra CAT en diversas provincias de España (es una de las empresas que mas vende en el sector), a la que hay que unir ahora la empresa ATA, cuya similitud y analogia con CAT es impresionante. Los afectados cuentan que lo que les ofrece el comercial en la entrevista para darle el premio despues no se ajusta a la realidad, especialmente la posibilidad de cancelar sin ningún problema el contrato y la omisión hasta el último momento de la necesidad de formalizar un prestamo, cuyo pago no pueden permitirse muchos consumidores.

por Anonimo el | acabo de ser timado por estos señores, he planteado una denuncia por estafa. si alquyien tiene el mismo caso ruego me indiquen datos de las denuncias, porque entre muchos lograriamos cortar el timo de estos señores. si necesitais algo de mi enviarme un correo a abio@ncs.es.
