Me “regalaron” 2.700 euros para empezar a hacer frente del prestamo y el banco fue tirando de ahi hasta que en julio de este año empezaron a tirar de mi cuenta de Caja Madrid.
Me puse en contacto con Itaca por escrito pidiendo mi baja y me llamó un gestor de clientes concertando una entrevista conmigo.
Fui a la entrevista y me argumentó que lo del ordenador y otras cosas más habian sido una mala gestión de su comercial y que la habian despedido (la señorita que llevó a la entidad bancaria y que facilitó todo para hacerme socia). Yo de dije que a mi eso me daba igual y que no tenia ninguna confianza en ellos y que queria darme de baja como socia.
Este señor me dijo que lo hablaria con la dirección y que hiciera la petición de proceder a la venta de mi semana por escrito, cosa que hice. Me dijo que despues del verano le volviera a llamar que seguro que estaría arreglado.
Al dia siguiente me fui a una OMIC, interpuse denuncia y estos la remitieron la Comunidad de Madrid.
Pasado un mes, me puse en contacto con la Comunidad de Madrid, y estos me dijeron que ellos solo podian intentar mediar para solucionar el problema.
Despues de cinco meses en los cuales cada vez el banco me pasa un recibo diferente (unas veces de 199,00 euros, otras de 237 y otras como el ultimo de noviembre de 267 euros).
Intento ponerme en contacto con ITACA via teléfono (misión imposible) ahi coge el telefono una señorita que solo me sabe decir toda clase de excusas sobre el señor gestor (unas veces está enfermo, otras reunido, otras ha salido de viaje).
