La Fiscalía pide que el 'caso Mundo Mágico' se siga en la Audiencia Nacional

El caso de Mundo Mágico puede llegar hasta la Audiencia Nacional. La Fiscalía de Málaga considera que debe ser este tribunal el que tramite las cerca de 400 denuncias que se han presentado contra esta agencia de viajes en el Juzgado de Instrucción número 3 de Torremolinos....
El Ministerio Público, al que se le planteó esta cuestión de competencia por parte del juzgado, considera que el elevado número de denuncias presentadas por afectados de Mundo Mágico y su distinta procedencia (de casi todo el país) aconseja que el proceso judicial pase a la Audiencia Nacional, por lo que el Juzgado de Instrucción número 3 de Torremolinos podría inhibirse en breve.
Hasta la fecha se han presentado unas 400 denuncias de clientes que pagaron entre 3.000 y 12.000 euros por paquetes de vacaciones o participaciones en inmuebles a tiempo compartido que, en algunos casos, no llegaron disfrutar. El último centenar de denuncias se presentó hace menos de una semana y correspondía a afectados de distintos puntos del país, entre los que hay una decena de malagueños.
El abogado de Asociación de Clientes Afectados por el cierre de Mundo Mágico (Acama), Francisco Damián Vázquez, manifestó ayer que todavía se sigue recibiendo documentación de casos de toda España por lo «estamos preparando otro centenar más de denuncias». La plataforma ha solicitado la nulidad de los contratos a los bancos con los que se suscribieron los préstamos para adquirir los paquetes vacacionales a Mundo Mágico.
