Entramado de empresas para reventa de semanas de aprovechamiento por turnos de bienes inmuebles. Costa Tematica, S.L. con domicilio en C/ Miguel Angel, nº 26 (MADRID), se pone en contacto con el matrimonio propietario de una semana (de donde sacan los datos???) proponiendoles viajar a Malaga para...
efectuar la reventa de su semana, abonando incluso los gastos del hotel. Una vez el matrimonio se ha desplazado, le indican que hay unos compradores rusos interesados en comprar paquete de semanas de aprovechamiento por turnos de bienes inmuebles (antes multipropiedad), pero que como el matrimonio solo tiene una semana, debe adquirir forzosamente otras.
Para ello se procede a firmar contrato de compra de afiliacion a afiliación al Hermes Designer Holidays, apareciendo en el contrato tambien Zeuz Comercial Marbella, S.L., con domicilio en Marbella, teniendo que abonar por ej. 7300 Euros.
A la vez se firma contrato con Melgest, S.L., con domicilio en Melilla, por la que se comprometen a la reventa de todo el paquete completo en un plazo determinado de meses. En determinadas ocasiones no se procede a efectuar esa reventa o se intenta ampliar el plazo, quedando en este caso el consumidor en una situación peor, ya que no solo tenia su semana antigua, sino que ademas tiene una afiliacion a un hipotetico Club por la que ha abonado otras cantidades y puede que no se proceda a la venta de todo el paquete.

Pues ale, a hecharle bemoles y si tanto se las dan de legales que presenten denuncia, averigüen mi conexión y me denuncien, pero antes de cambiar de empresa que si no no vale.
