Estos días los medios de comunicacion se han echo eco de presuntas estafas cometidas por inmobiliarias, al intermediar en la compraventa de inmuebles, afectando sobre todo ....
a clientes extranjeros. En este caso dichas inmobiliarias se quedaban con el dinero entregado para la compra de la vivienda, no se la entregaban al comprador estafado y se la vendian a un tercero. Es recomendable no abonar el total del precio de la compra hasta la firma de la escritura, entregando una señal a la firma del contrato privado, acudir al Registro de la Propiedad para saber quien es el propietario y si tiene cargas, y ver la seriedad y garantias de la inmobiliaria que intervenga, Estamos detectando ante la subida del precio de las viviendas que las promotoras y vendedores, pese a tener cantidades recibidas a cuenta, manifiestan a los compradores que existe algun problema con la vivienda, les devuelven el dinero entregado, y se la venden despues a un tercero a un precio mucho mayor (especulación).
