Nuevas empresas de reventa se siguen uniendo a la modalidad de ofrecer a clientes con semanas de multipropiedad su venta, pero siempre y cuando adquieran 2 semanas más, por lo que asi venderan el paquete completo de 3 semanas. Es el caso de TIMEVAC INTERNATIONAL, S.L. y KIMSA&BRADLEY, S.L, con sede en Fuengirola (Málaga)....
KIMSA&BRADLEY, S.L comercializa afiliaciones al Club de Vacaciones "Hermes Designer Holidays", con un contrato que incumple la legalidad a nuestro entender, solicitándo el abono de 13.825 € (con promoción descuento de 3005 €). Por otro lado TIMEVAC INTERNATIONAL, S.L. realiza contrato de reventa de las 3 semanas (la antigua y las 2 nuevas) para un plazo de 8 meses. El afectado por lo tanto tiene que abonar el pago de unas nuevas semanas que no queria, en un pretendido "Club de Vacaciones", para una hipotetica reventa, sin garantia alguna de llegar a buen puerto, pese a que se les manifieste que hay unos extranjeros interesados en comprar urgentemente el paquete de 3 semanas por motivos de residencia.
ACAMA en defensa de los intereses de los consumidores afectados ha iniciado ya reclamaciones contra ambas empresas. En una noticia anterior comentamos un caso parecido con otras empresas que realizaban la misma actuación.
