Mundo Mágico suspende pagos y deja de prestar sus servicios
Al menos 4.000 familias se han quedado sin las vacaciones pagadas para 50 años, según la asociación de afectados . La actividad de la sociedad ha generado más de 400 denuncias

La empresa Mundo Mágico Tours S. L., dedicada a la venta de vacaciones en complejos de tiempo compartido, ha emitido un comunicado en el que hace pública la presentación de suspensión de pagos, lo que «ratifica que no va a seguir prestando sus servicios», según explicó ayer el abogado de la Asociación de Consumidores Afectados por Mundo Mágico (Acama), Francisco Damián Vázquez Jiménez.
Según las estimaciones de Acama, esta suspensión de pagos «ratifica, por si alguien tenía alguna duda, que no va a seguir prestando sus servicios, lo que conllevará que al menos 4.000 familias se queden sin las vacaciones pagadas para 50 años», a pesar de haber abonado cantidades que rondan los 12.000 euros. En este sentido Vázquez explicó a Europa Press que Acama tiene previsto presentar el próximo martes un centenar más de denuncias contra la empresa, que se unirán a las cerca de 300 que, desde finales de julio, ya se han interpuesto.
Las estimaciones de Acama son que los afectados han abonado por adelantado unos 48 millones de euros a esta empresa mediante pagos en efectivo o préstamos buscados y gestionados por Mundo Mágico que tenía acuerdos comerciales con las entidades financieras.
Mundo Mágico Tours, S.L., cuya sede social se encontraba en Benalmádena, tenía oficinas abiertas en varias provincias de España y se dedicaba desde hacia años a la venta de participaciones-semanas en establecimientos dedicados al aprovechamiento por turnos. Posteriormente, comercializó paquetes vacacionales para el disfrute de tres semanas de vacaciones anuales durante 50 años.
Estos paquetes eran para varias personas y tenían importantes descuentos, mediante afiliación al Programa Magic Tour o Terramar, formalizando contratos gracias a técnicas agresivas de venta que duraban horas. Según explicó Acama, desde el año 2002 Mundo Mágico Tours comenzó a cerrar sus oficinas de atención al publico, incumpliendo «sistemáticamente en numerosos casos sus obligaciones contenidas en dichos contratos».maS INFO: 952215859
