por Anonimo el | tengo una semana roja con la dorada,desde julio de 2002 vivo engañada pues pago un credito que no tienen ningun sentido, pues primero dorada cuando firmamos nos dijo que si despues de disfrutado no nos convencia nos reconpraba la accion teniamos que intercambiar con INTERVAL , PARA PODER RENUNCIAR. lo hicimos y nos desviaron a check vacation de barcelona. los cuales nos piden 193 euros para ponerlo en su sistema de venta sin garantias. luego en verano quisimos disfrutar nuestro turno con la dorada pues fue imposible pues todo esta reservadisimo asi que tuve que intercambiar con interval pagar el suplemento para disfrutar de mi semana, ya no aguanto mas y ahora he dado con REALSA ESPAÑA EN MALAGA , QUE ME PIDE 386 EUROS por venderme la semana. NECESITO O LA ANULACION DEL CONTRATO QUE FUE TODO UNA BATERIA DE MENTIRAS Y ENGAÑOS O DENUNCIAR PARA DEJAR DE PAGAR EL PRESTAMO Y A TANTA EMPRESA DE REVENTA QUE PRIMERO QUIEREN COBRAR Y DESPUES ACTUAR. por Anonimo el | Hace unos dias, cometí la torpeza de realizar un contrato por valor de 20.995 euros, lleno de mentiras y engaños.
Primero se nos dijo, que nosotros haciamos una aportación de 200 euros mensuales, para disfrute de 12 dias en Costa Rica, todo incluido.Durante 10 meses, y que pasados estos meses, si no estabamos de acuerdo, no solicitariamos esta famosa cantidad de dinero.
Cual es nuestra sorpresa, que nos reclaman en un tiempo record, que hagamos la solicitud del prestamo, que si no, nos meteran en juicio, por incumplimiento de contrato. Toda vez que se les remitió una carta certificada, anulando dicho contrato, alos 5 dias de la firma de éste.
Ante el temor, de vernos en juicio, se realizó este préstamo, a pagar 420 euros mensuales durante 5 años.
Tengo un miedo atroz, a esta empresa, pues me han parecido, unos auténticos piratas.
Por favor, necesito ayuda y asesoramiento, para ver que puedo hacer.

otra pregunta que os hago como es posible que un banco o caja en este caso conceda un prestamo con esta celeridad cuando te ponen mil pegas para concederte alguna miseria que pidas y aqui no pongan ninguna dificultad.
Sin que no haya nadie de ese banco o caja implicado en la estafa.
por cierto a mi ni siquiera me informaron de que habia semanas rojas amarillas o verdes.cuando pregunte por lo de semana verde que refleja el contrato me dijeron que denominaban asi por ponerle algo y que venia a ser lo mismo que temporada alta.
