Afectados de Mundo Mágico vuelven a la carga con otras 100 denuncias
La plataforma de clientes prepara una demanda para paralizar los créditos

Un sector en horas bajas
Lejos de rendirse, los afectados del caso Mundo Mágico vuelven a la carga con otro centenar de denuncias contra la empresa por los presuntos delitos de estafa y apropiación indebida de los créditos desembolsados....
El cierre de la empresa ya ha acarreado cerca de 400 querellas de clientes que han pagado entre 3.000 y 12.000 euros por paquetes de vacaciones o participaciones en inmuebles a tiempo compartido que, en algunos casos, no han llegado disfrutar.
Según el abogado de la Asociación de Clientes Afectados por el cierre de Mundo Mágico (Acama), Francisco Damián Vázquez, este nuevo centenar de denuncias corresponde a afectados de distintos puntos del país, entre los que hay una decena de malagueños. «Todavía seguimos recibiendo documentación de casos de toda España», explica Vázquez, «así que tenemos previsto presentar más paquetes de denuncias en breve».
Nulidad de los contratos
La plataforma ya ha solicitado la nulidad de los contratos a los bancos con los que los afectados suscribieron los préstamos. La respuesta no se ha hecho esperar: «Algunos clientes han recibido presiones de las entidades financieras», comenta el letrado, «mientras que, en otros casos, les han contestado que están estudiando el tema».
Ante esta situación, la mitad de los afectados de Acama ha decidido dejar de abonar los créditos, mientras que otros tantos continúan pagando por temor a que les incluyan en el fichero de morosos. Para evitar la disparidad de casos, Acama tiene previsto presentar a finales de septiembre una demanda colectiva para solicitar la paralización cautelar de los créditos bancarios a la espera de una resolución judicial. «Instamos a todos los afectados -más de 4.000- a que se incluyan en este procedimiento», dijo.
Pero todavía quedan muchos frentes abiertos en el caso. El abogado de Acama advierte de que «vigilarán de cerca la suspensión de pagos» anunciada por Mundo Mágico por si se detecta alguna irregularidad en el proceso. «Tendrán que acreditar ingresos y gastos y ofrecer a los deudores un calendario de pago», concluye.
