Marbella, S.L., o Benal Vacation Club, S.L. suscritos por Jomarotxe, S.L., Comercializadora El Portón, S.L. y Time European Consulting, S.L. y los consumidores afectados...
Declara tambien nulos los contratos de gestión de reventa suscritos por Melgest, S.L. y por Trabold Propierties, S.L. a la que ha sucedido Melgest, S.L. con los consumidores afectados.
Declara nulos los contratos de préstamo celebrados por el Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.L. y los consumidores afectados, como contratos de crédito vinculados a los de compra-venta de afiliación.
Condena a Jomarotxe, S.L. a Comercializadora El Portón, S.L. a Time European Consulting, S.L., Melgest, S.L. y a Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A. a abonar solidariamente a los expresados consumidores afectados contratantes con el Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.L. el importe de las cantidades pagadas para la amortización de los contratos de préstamo a la fecha de esta resolución.

You see, I consider that a man's brain originally is like a little empty

The Least Successful Collector
Betsy Baker played a central role in the history of collecting. She
was employed as a servant in the house of John Warburton (1682-1759) who had
amassed a fine collection of 58 first edition plays, including most of the
works of Shakespeare.
One day Warburton returned home to find 55 of them charred beyond
legibility. Betsy had either burned them or used them as pie bottoms. The
remaining three folios are now in the British Museum.
The only comparable literary figure was the maid who in 1835 burned
the manuscript of the first volume of Thomas Carlyle's "The Hisory of the
French Revolution", thinking it was wastepaper.
