Promotur Consulting, S.L., con sede en Marbella, vendia afiliaciones al Columbus Imperial Club, mediante contrato, y como en casi todos los casos se financiaba mediante prestamos, habiendo desaparecido de sus oficinas en Marbella, no atendiendo las llamadas, y dejando en la estacada a mas consumidores que no disfrutaran de sus vacaciones. Realmente es una verguenza y con independencia de las actuaciones judiciales que emprendera ACAMA, las Administraciones Publicas deberian intervenir para limpiar este sector, con medidas como fondos de garantia para afectados, que responda en casos de fraude o no prestacion del servicio y/o obligación de patrimonios importantes y seguros por parte de estas empresas para poder operar.
