Grave incumplimiento de la empresa MELGEST, S.L.-KIMSA Y ZEUZ, que realizan contratos de venta de semanas de aprovechamiento por turnos de bienes inmuebles.....
Se procede a efectuar llamada telefonica al matrimonio afectado, que se desplaza, y le indican que para vender su semana, deben adquirir una nueva a Hermes, vendido por KIMSA S.L., procediendo al desembolso de nuevas cantidades. Se les informa que el paquete completo se vendera en menos de 8 meses, lo que resulta incierto, ya que pasado ese tiempo no se les vende, lo que supone un evidente engaño al consumidor.

Yo no pertenezco a ACAMA pero te aseguro que dentro de nada os pondre mi sentencia favorable y como yo todos los afectados,de verdad te doy un consejo vete al paro y apuntate en las listas con un poco de suerte hasta te sale un trabajo DIGNO pero seguro que tendrias que rechazarlo porque solo sabeis estafar estafar y estafar. |

Madrid.
Despue de leer tantos y tantos comentarios , dimes y diretes, puedo decir como experiencia personal que en el año 2000 contacte con la empresa Holiday Investment , en Madrid y les expuse que deseaba vender mi semana de disfrute y lograron colocarla en el mercado extranjero por 12500 euros, lo cual para mi no era una gran ganancia pues me habia costado 8800 euros, pero logre mi proposito pues era venderla.
A quien pueda interesarle este comentario, pues asi como hay empresas fantasmas y sinverguenzas estafadores, tambien ha y buenas empresas y esta es una de ella.

por Anonimo el | 1º.- No soy abogado de acama, ni tengo relación alguna con acama. Con esta página tengo la misma relación que Ud. visitante, lector, y cuando veo comentarios tan injustos y tan falsos como aquí se pueden ver, me revelo y escribo lo que pienso y conozco.
2º.- No ejerzo ningún tipo de violencia verbal, me limito a denunciar la realidad de la multipropiedad, y le aseguro que no tengo ningún tipo de rabia y, la irascibilidad es un adjetivo que le aseguro no me caracteriza.
3º.- Conozco el sistema, no se si ampliamente, pero lo conozco, y eso me permite opinar sobre ciertos asuntos que son una realidad, como por ejemplo la reventa.
4º.- No soy afectado, nadie me ha vendido una semana, y menos aún, jamas he vendido multipropiedad, pero conozco la mecánica utilizada para lograr la firma de los contratos.
5º.- Conozco múltiples casos de personas que han sufrido mas de la cuenta después de comprar una semana de multipropiedad, y cuando tienen un foro donde opinar sobre sus experiencias, me parece lamentable, que gentes vinculadas con la multipropiedad, quienes han sido responsables de esos sufimientos, se permitan jugar con los daños que han ocasionado.
6º.- Y algo que no respeto, es la mentira, es opinar aquí diciendo ser quien no es, y lo que es mas grave, contando experiencias que son mentira. Aquí se ha leido, que determinadas personas han vendido su semana en reventa, por 12.000 euros, cuando cualquiera que conozca un mínimo la multipropiedad, sabe que es falso, sabe que la reventa no existe.
7º.- Desconozco lo que conseguirán los afectados de acama con sus reclamaciones, pero una cosa es clara, una asociación de afectados solo existe por eso, por que hay una serie de personas afectadas, ¿o es que no tienen el derecho a defenderse de lo que consideran un engaño?. Son afectados porque alguien les ha engañado, alguien les ha mentido, y además les han sacado el dinero.
No conozco los honorarios de los abogados de acama, pero según Ud. tienen la obligación de trabajar gratis, que no cobren, que para sacarles el dinero ya está la multipropiedad y los 300 ó 400 euros que Ud. habla, ¿es mejor entregárselos a alguna empresa de reventa?.
8º.- Y por último en múltiples sentencias sobre multipropiedad, los jueces han volcado calificativos hacia este sistema mas fuertes de los que aquí pueden leerse.
Y repito, NO SOY DE ACAMA, NO SOY ABOGADO DE ACAMA, NO TENGO RELACION ALGUNA CON ACAMA. |
