A los foros las personas que más acuden son porque tienen un problema que resolver, la mayoría de las personas satisfechas no acuden porque no lo tienen, de estas ultimas acude una minoría que desean que se sepa realmente la verdad.
Hace bastantes años acudí voluntariamente a una charla de venta de semanas fijas con la ventaja del intercambio por mediación de R.C.I. en la misma me ofrecieron semanas bastaste caras para mi en las fechas que yo quería comprar, en vista de mi negativa a comprar por el precio, el vendedor me ofreció semanas de temporada roja en otras fechas por menor precio, diciéndome que no había ningún problema con las fechas que las podría intercambiar e ir de vacaciones en las fechas que me pudiera interesar. La charla me sirvió para ir conociendo el sistema, pero no compre por considerarlo excesivo de precio, incluso las semanas de temporada roja más económicas, Y LO MÁS IMPORTANTE, QUERÍA CONTROLAR LO MÁS QUE PUDIESE EL SISTEMA NO QUE EL SISTEMA ME CONTROLASE A MI.
Dado que quería comprar acudí a los pocos días a una inmobiliaria y continúe informándome, me ofrecieron semanas en CANARIAS en las fechas que yo quería a un precio similar de las más económicas de la charla anterior. De nuevo la charla me sirvió para continuar aprendiendo y para lograr que la persona que me atendió me dejara durante unas horas el catálogo donde vienen todos los CLUB DE VACACIONES de R.C.I., hice algunas fotocopias y se lo entregue y aun siendo las semanas en las fechas que yo quería, no compre por excesivo de precio y además EVITAR que el sistema me obligase a coger un avión o intercambiar todos los años. LO TENIA CLARO, LO MÁS IMPORTANTE PARA MI, CONTROLAR EL SISTEMA NO QUE EL SISTEMA ME CONTRALASE A MI.
Teniendo las direcciones y los teléfonos de los CLUB DE VACACIONES, me pongo a llamar por teléfono a los que los tenían en España (MUCHOS DE LOS TELÉFONOS DEL CATÁLOGO ERAN DEL REINO UNIDO) consiguiendo muy poco a través del teléfono dado que la mayoría de los CLUB DE VACACIONES estaba atendido por personal ingles.
LA MAYORÍA DE LOS CLUB EN SUS INICIOS ERAN DE CAPITAN EXTRANJERO, PERSONAL EXTRANJERO, PARA CLIENTES EXTRANJEROS, LAS SEMANAS DE TEMPORADA ALTA LAS VENDIAN A PRECIOS QUE NO ESTABA DISPUESTO A PAGAR. LOS PROMOTORES TIENEN LA VENTAJA QUE LAS ALQUILAN CON MUCHISIMA FACILIDAD.
En vista de que solo logro que me envié información por correo un CLUB DE VACACIONES y a unos precios nada interesantes para mi, me tomo unos días de vacaciones y me voy a visitar la zona costera donde me puede interesar comprar, en la mayoría de las oficinas de administración que estuve las personas que me atendían se extrañaban por mi interés en solicitar información, el personal de administración de algunos CLUB DE VACACIONES no querían perder mucho tiempo en informarme, sus futuros clientes no eran españoles.
Visto algunos CLUB DE VACACIONES, me decido a firmar un contrato de compra-venta de varias semanas en las fechas que me verdaderamente me interesan a un precio bastante más ventajoso de los conocidos, al precio pagado, incluyendo todos los gastos, mantenimientos, afiliaciones, intercambio solo una semana cada dos años, me queda el beneficio de lo que pagado en 15 años.
Las semanas de tiempo compartido de semana fija tienen tres posibilidades de maniobra.
Utilizarla en el mismo CLUB en la fecha adquirida, completamente posible
Intercambiarla por otra del mismo valor de intercambio o superior (Depende de la compañía de intercambio, nº de semana y cuanto lleva depositada, lugar de la semana con cuanto tiempo y fecha solicitada. Por lo tanto se debe leer con detenimiento las condiciones de la compañía de intercambio, dado que influyen muchos factores para conseguir el mismo valor o superior.

Desde un punto de vista socioeconómico, el tiempo compartido (timesharing) ofrece una serie de ventajas:
1. Muchas personas sueñan con disponer de un sitio de vacaciones propio, pero se encuentran con el problema financiero. La fórmula del tiempo compartido hace accesible este sueño a un gran número de personas.
2. Los gastos fijos de las segundas residencias se reparten entre los diferentes propietarios de tiempo compartido.
3. Se evita la desocupación de los alojamientos de vacaciones durante largos periodos.
El tiempo compartido por sí mismo no es una fórmula peligrosa, pero muchas de las prácticas comerciales relacionadas con él dejan mucho que desear. Estos problemas existen, sobre todo, por el hecho de que en la mayor parte de los Estados europeos, los promotores o vendedores no se hallan sometidos a norma alguna para acceder a la profesión, al contrario de lo que ocurre, por ejemplo, en el sector de las agencias de viajes. Bélgica es el único país en la actualidad donde los vendedores deben estar inscritos oficialmente. Presentamos aquí algunos ejemplos de prácticas dudosas:
1. Algunos vendedores no dudan en hacer publicidad engañosa al presentar el tiempo compartido como una inversión o un derecho de propiedad.
2. Las técnicas de venta a veces son agresivas (telemárketing relacionado con falsos concursos, encuestas y sorteos; premios de viajes; venta tras una presentación en un lujoso hotel o una excursión al lugar referido; percepción de grandes cantidades a cuenta, etc.).
3. Los folletos de venta son a veces muy escuetos y silencian la naturaleza jurídica de los derechos adquiridos, la calidad difícilmente verificable del alojamiento, los gastos suplementarios, los gastos de desplazamiento o de transporte, el inventario de las residencias y las semanas de las que disponen los vendedores, etc.
4. Puede suceder que el cambio o la venta del tiempo compartido sea difícil o imposible si la residencia o el periodo son poco interesantes.
5. La última novedad consiste en que algunas empresas sin escrúpulos contacten con los dueños de un tiempo compartido y prometan encontrar, o afirmen haber encontrado, un comprador para la semana que ellos tienen, a veces a condición de que compren un nuevo tiempo compartido (esta técnica se conoce como "buy-sell"). Algunos prometen también vender el tiempo compartido a un precio poco realista. Lo que suele ocurrir con frecuencia es que la promesa no se cumple o que el consumidor sufre una gran pérdida financiera.

Buenos dias ante todo. Soy otro de los estafados por estos individuos de la dorada en valencia.
Tal y como dices, vengador, todo eso es cierto. te convencen con una serie de promesas y regalos y engaños que te hacen creer que todo es legal y noble por su parte, por lo que al final firmas, y cierto es que casi te hacen sentirte culpable.
Queda dicho que todo lo que comentas es cierto, pero lo que mas me importa ahora es comentar todo lo sucedido tras este engaño.
Tanto nosotros como decenas de parejas aqui en valencia, nos enteramos de este engaño de esta empresa a traves de un programa de investigacion que se emitia en canal 9, el cual les hizo una camara ocuta directamente a estos señores, y en la cual se descubria todo el embrollo.
Al dia siguiente acudimos muchisimos de nosotros a la abogada recomendada por la asociacion de consumidores que se habia interesado directamente por el asunto en cuestion y habia estado presente en el programa de television.
Bueno, tras infinidad de gestiones por esta letrada sin conseguir ni siquiera contacto con ellos, decidimos cada una de las parejas estafadas presentar denuncia contra esta empresa.
Pues alucinaa¡¡¡...... algunos de ellos en particular, y segun el trato que tenian han conseguido despues de muchiiisimo tiempo un acuerdo a favor para devolver el dinero, o parte de el, pero otros muchos hemos perdido el caso, puesto que estos señores se acojen a todos los entreveses habidos y por haber que plantea la ley, alargando los tramites y resoluciones con tal de no pagar.
Bueno, pues aun dire mas...... despues de tres o cuatro años sin saber nada de ellos, mas que seguir pagando el dichoso prestamo que tuvimos que sacar, hemos recibido una carta de ellos exigiendo el pago de todas las cuotas de mantenimiento, las cuales ascienden a cierta cantidad, bajo amenaza de denunciarnos ante el juzgado, ooooo....(ahora viene lo bueno).... firmar un documento el cual ya mandaban en esta misma notificacion y en el cual, si lo firmabamos quedabamos exentos de dicho pago a condicion de que les devolviamos nuestra semana sin ningun tipo de exigencia ni reclamacion quedando ambas partes ¨limpias de polvo y paja¨.
Tras consulta con nuestra abogada, estamos pendientes de la siguiente actuacion que se les ocurra tener, la cual ya estoy temiendo.
Queda dicho todo esto para quien le pueda valer a fin de no actuar inocentemente con estos tipejos.
Ah.... tambien decir que he informado de esta pagina a nuestra abogada, asi como que quien necesite asistencia o consejo sobre estos señores, y aun sin haberlo consultado con ella, estoy seguro que estara encantada de atenderos, pues considero que se ha portado todo lo bien que se puede hacer en estos casos.
