Siguen desarrollandose presentaciones de la empresa AABT 2050, S.L. por toda España, con afectados ultimamente por la zona de Orense. Lean detenidamente los contratos para ver si se ajustan a sus necesidades y si no lo tiene claro no firme dicho contrato, ni letras en blanco y mucho menos ante Notario, ni adelante cantidad alguna cuando se lo exijan a partir del decimo día de la firma del contrato, cuando le citen para recoger el premio y sorpresivamente le exijan el pago total de la operación.

por Anonimo el | A ver..Soy una persona a la que ofrecieron una semana de multipropiedad en una presentacion en Madrid y alli me explicaron con lujo de detalles en que consistia el complejo, las cuotas a pagar, el derecho a disfrutar y demas consideraciones.
Me dijeron que la semana me costaba 14.000 euros en Denia Alicante y que si me interesaba , haciamos la negociacion.
Como recien acabo de invertir en mejoras de un local de mi propiedad, no quise comprar y me fui..
Mi pregunta exacta, sobre todo, para los que indican que todo esto es una estafa y un engaño...Donde esta dicha estafa?..Acaso no existen los complejos??..
Sera que no reciben documentacion legal??..Me podrian explicar..

Si piensas lo de que a mí nunca me pasaría ésto, estás equivocado, yo tambien lo pensaba y ahora me encuentro con un préstamo personal de algo más de 24000 euros, que gracias a Dios he conseguido que lo paralicen durante una semana pero no sé qué más hacer tengo una semana para resolver este desastre. He intentado ponerme en contacto con personas a las que le haya pasado lo mismo pero me resulta imposible. |

Desde un punto de vista socioeconómico, el tiempo compartido (timesharing) ofrece una serie de ventajas:
1. Muchas personas sueñan con disponer de un sitio de vacaciones propio, pero se encuentran con el problema financiero. La fórmula del tiempo compartido hace accesible este sueño a un gran número de personas.
2. Los gastos fijos de las segundas residencias se reparten entre los diferentes propietarios de tiempo compartido.
3. Se evita la desocupación de los alojamientos de vacaciones durante largos periodos.
El tiempo compartido por sí mismo no es una fórmula peligrosa, pero muchas de las prácticas comerciales relacionadas con él dejan mucho que desear. Estos problemas existen, sobre todo, por el hecho de que en la mayor parte de los Estados europeos, los promotores o vendedores no se hallan sometidos a norma alguna para acceder a la profesión, al contrario de lo que ocurre, por ejemplo, en el sector de las agencias de viajes. Bélgica es el único país en la actualidad donde los vendedores deben estar inscritos oficialmente. Presentamos aquí algunos ejemplos de prácticas dudosas:
1. Algunos vendedores no dudan en hacer publicidad engañosa al presentar el tiempo compartido como una inversión o un derecho de propiedad.
2. Las técnicas de venta a veces son agresivas (telemárketing relacionado con falsos concursos, encuestas y sorteos; premios de viajes; venta tras una presentación en un lujoso hotel o una excursión al lugar referido; percepción de grandes cantidades a cuenta, etc.).
3. Los folletos de venta son a veces muy escuetos y silencian la naturaleza jurídica de los derechos adquiridos, la calidad difícilmente verificable del alojamiento, los gastos suplementarios, los gastos de desplazamiento o de transporte, el inventario de las residencias y las semanas de las que disponen los vendedores, etc.
4. Puede suceder que el cambio o la venta del tiempo compartido sea difícil o imposible si la residencia o el periodo son poco interesantes.
5. La última novedad consiste en que algunas empresas sin escrúpulos contacten con los dueños de un tiempo compartido y prometan encontrar, o afirmen haber encontrado, un comprador para la semana que ellos tienen, a veces a condición de que compren un nuevo tiempo compartido (esta técnica se conoce como "buy-sell"). Algunos prometen también vender el tiempo compartido a un precio poco realista. Lo que suele ocurrir con frecuencia es que la promesa no se cumple o que el consumidor sufre una gran pérdida financiera.

A finales de mayo nos hicieron esta reunión tan especial, explicandonos todo, supuestamente muy detallado y todo muy legal. Nosotros aceptamos porque nos parecio que la semana que me ofrecían de prueba sonaba bien. Pues bien, a los diez dias cuando habiamos quedado simplemente para recibir el premio y tramitar la semana de vacaciones que tenía para gastarla en tres meses, me pidieron los 29000 euros o el préstamo que debía haber pedido al banco. Nosotros no habiamos pedido nada porque esto no fue lo que me habían dicho. Y a partir de aquí han comenzado los problemas. Primeramente no me daban ninguna solución para ese mismo día, y lo único a lo que se sujetaban era en amenazarnos conque nos iban a quitar todo.
Nosotros desde ese mismo día hemos intentado arreglarlo, y ahora estamos mirando un abogado.
