Los actores desistieron del contrato dentro del plazo establecido de diez días, si bien la entidad mercantil les prometió que adquirieran ese derecho ya que posteriormente podría llevarse a reventa, alegando la recurrente que dicha promesa fue establecida en tiempo posterior al desistimiento por lo que no es vinculante, y la AP entiende que trás esa promesa los actores asumieron nuevamente el contrato y por tanto nuevo plazo de desistimiento.
